On the behalf of prospective employers, we will evaluate your potential from the beginning of your enrollment with VietVictory. This means when you finish your course, we will help you skip the profile scanning round and proceed directly to job interviews with banks.
What you learned at university serves as the foundation, while what we provide here are practical skills to do real-life banking jobs. Viet Victory has strong associations with major banks, so we can surely help you to fulfil all of their requirements.
Being an entrepreneur, in my belief, means whenever there is a chance to contribute to the country and the community, one should be willing to take it.
As founding Viet Victory, we share a vision that companies that aim for long-term sustainability should put high priority on succession planning at the early stage.
At VietVictory, through training courses in both professional knowledge and soft skills, young students will have a solid career start that paves their way to outstanding development in the future.
In addition, by combining findings from applied scientific research with best corporate governance practices, Viet Victory experts can provide excellent consultancy to corporate clients, help to identify issues and offer solutions, and get them ready for new stages of development.
Therefore, I strongly believe that Viet Victory will contribute effectively to the sustainable development of Vietnamese companies.
In the past several years, recruitment for banks has been in high demand in order to satisfy the banks’ network expansion, and on average it costs a bank VND50 mil per 6 months for each new hire. Not to mention, not all the new employees can stay at work after the first 6 months. A banking practical training centre is considered as a way to realise many bankers’ wishes (including mine) as it helps shorten training time, saves costs and especially reduces risks in operations. That is the reason we have launched the Practical Training Centre Viet Victory.
We do not build training centres – we build practical models. We provide practical guidelines to do real-life jobs in banking and financial institutions. We have been building our centre as a bank branch model which helps students familiar with the professional environment. Students will act as interns at a virtual bank branch, being guided to perform sequential tasks on real-life forms, records and even Core-banking software.
Our trainees do not only include students but also banking officers who seek to improve their expertise as well as non-banking staff who wish to either find job opportunities in the financial – banking industry or just understand banking products and procedures in order to support their dealings with banks.
I highly appreciate Viet Victory’s efforts in creating a practical training environment for students. In this competitive global economy, it’s not easy at all for any company to find young candidates who are active, passionate and sufficiently competent for the job.
As a result, many companies turn to “stealing” experienced staff from other companies, paying them high salaries and increasing managerial expenses. Meanwhile, fresh graduates are struggling to look for jobs and even suffering from unemployment.
The launch of Viet Victory has satisfied university students’ demands for improving professional knowledge and practical skills – especially in Finance & Banking. I have high hopes for the centre, particularly their Core-banking software. Our students who just graduated last year have become much more confident in applying for different jobs in banking institutions. And thanks to Viet Victory, a large number of fresh graduates are now working for major banks such as Eximbank, Techcombank, HDBank, OCB, Vietcombank, etc.
While working with Viet Victory as well as with the students of the centre, I can see that they have acquired a lot of essential competences throughout their training courses, including professional attitudes and specific practical skills required by the jobs they’re applying for. In addition, they have improved technical skills and adaptability to banks’ dynamic working environment. I believe that the students will stand out and make a good impression to potential employers, gaining certain advantages in the competitive recruitment at banks.
